Doctor Golf – Facility Rules & Etiquette

We want every golfer to enjoy a safe, clean, and respectful environment at Doctor Golf Indoor Simulator Inc. Please follow these rules when using our facility:

1. Golf Balls

• Please use clean, unmarked balls (or those provided by Doctor Golf) to reduce markings and damage to the simulator screens.

2. Footwear & Clubs

• Wear clean, indoor shoes (running shoes or spike-less golf shoes).

• Whenever possible, use clean golf clubs to keep bays and turf in great condition.

​

3. Food & Drink

• Food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.

• Alcohol is NOT permitted anywhere in the facility.

• Please avoid foods that could cause excessive mess or damage.

4. Bookings

• Only valid bookings and their registered participants are permitted in the facility.

• Do not allow non-registered guests or members of the public to enter.

5. Pace of Play

• Be mindful of the time and finish on schedule so the next booking can start promptly.

• Wrap up your round or practice session on time and clean up your bay area before leaving.

6. Safety

• One person at a time in the hitting area.

• Never swing a club outside the hitting zone.

• Keep a safe distance from players when they are swinging.

​

7. Equipment Care

• Do not touch or adjust simulator sensors, screens, or other technical equipment unless instructed by staff.

• Any damage to facility property caused by you or your guests may result in a minimum charge of $100 CAD.

8. Security

• Security cameras are in operation throughout the facility for the safety of our customers and protection of our equipment.

​

9. General Conduct

• Respect other players and staff at all times.

• No aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.

• Doctor Golf Indoor Simulator Inc. reserves the right to remove any individual not following these rules without refund.
